OCCO expects to release the 2005 Permanent Promotion results the first week of December 2005.

Soon after release of the Permanent Promotion results, officers who log-in to the Secure Area of the CCMIS website will be advised as to their 2006 promotion eligibility and links will be provided to specific promotion information. Information pertaining to Exceptional Proficiency Promotions (EPPs) will also be provided at this time.

The promotion cut-off date to submit documents to your electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) for promotion review in PY 2006 is January 23, 2006. This is to give officers sufficient time to prepare their files after the delayed officer notification of Temporary and Permanent promotion eligibility for 2006. Up to and including January 23, 2006, OCCO guarantees that information submitted to the file room will be entered in officer's eOPF.

The 2006 Officer's Statement (OS) and Reviewing Official's Statement (ROS) forms are currently available on the CCMIS website: http://dcp.psc.gov/dcpforms.asp

Officers who will be reviewed for Temporary and/or Permanent promotion by the Spring 2006 Promotion Review Boards must fax a completed copy of their OS to the eOPF Fax lines (301-480-1436 or 301-480-1407) by January 23, 2005.

Those officers are also strongly encouraged to inform and work with their 2nd level supervisor, typically their COER reviewing official, to complete a ROS. The ROS must be submitted in hard copy through Agency Liaisons to:

        LCDR Camille Hawkins, Promotion Coordinator
        Office of Commissioned Corps Operations
1101 Wootton Parkway, Plaza Level, Suite 100
        Rockville, MD 20852

2006 Category Benchmarks should be posted on the CCMIS website on or about November 28, 2005. The Benchmarks will be released to CPO's November 25, 2005 for them to post on PAC sites as well.
